NEW CANCELLATION RULES FOR PURCHASES FROM 09/29/2018:

TOTAL CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE:

  1. The request for complete cancellation of the purchase must be made via e-mail to the address cancelamento.parnaso@hopeservicos.com.br.
  1. In the email, the visitor must inform the personal data and the number of the voucher.
  1. The visitor can request the total cancellation of the purchase made on the site, being necessary to observe the rules of restitution of the amount paid:
  1. The cancellation will be carried out via system in up to 10 working days, being issued a confirmation of the chargeback, which will be sent to informed e-mail.
  1. The reversal will be evidenced on the invoice of the credit card used, according to the closing date of the invoice of the buyer.

IMPORTANT:

PARTIAL CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE:

  1. The request for partial cancellation of the purchase must be made via e-mail to the address cancelamento.parnaso@hopeservicos.com.br.
  1. In the email, the visitor must make a registration, attaching the following documents and information:
  1. The visitor may request the partial cancellation of the purchase made on the site, being necessary to observe the rules of restitution of the amount paid:
  1. The partial cancellation of the purchase will only take effect after the date of the tour, in up to 15 working days, since the credit (according to rules) is carried out administratively in the bank account informed in the register, being necessary the confirmation of the absence of the visitor in the day scheduled for low on the system.
  1. The credit voucher will be sent to the email informed in the cancellation request.
